*Free Airport Transfer:
Free airport transfer includes private round-trip transportation for all guests on the reservation arriving and leaving at the same time; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Cancun International Airport, Punta Cana International Airport, or Montego Bay International Airport to the booked hotel. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of a minimum of three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection's official websites or its reservations center.
Reservations made through Vacations by Excellence (suites + flight) can enjoy 25% off airport transfers with Seasons Tours. For cancellations of direct bookings received 24 hours or more prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a No Show or Early Departure. Free cancellation does not apply for non-refundable rates. When booking through third party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties could apply.
***Best Rate Guarantee:
Best Rate Guarantee is only valid for an Eligible Booking, which occurs when the following cumulative conditions are met:
- You have made a suite-only reservation in one of the hotels eligible for Best Rate Guarantee (Excellence Playa Mujeres, Excellence Riviera Cancun, Excellence Punta Cana, Excellence El Carmen, Excellence Oyster Bay, Beloved Playa Mujeres, Finest Playa Mujeres, or Finest Punta Cana)
- Your reservation was made directly through any of The Excellence Collection’s following channels: official website (TheExcellenceCollection.com), official mobile websites, brand websites (ExcellenceResorts.com, BelovedHotels.com, FinestResorts.com), reservation center (direct phone lines), or directly with one of the hotels.
- A confirmation number has been issued via email to confirm the reservation.
- Within 24 hours of receiving the above confirmation of your booking via email, no later than 24 hours after receiving the confirmation, you find, for the same hotel, for the same date(s), for the same length of stay, at the same rate conditions (i.e. refundable or non-refundable, prepayment and deposit requirements, suite only, booking cancellation and change condition, etc.), the same type of room (identical category, size, beds, view or location), and the same number of people in the room, a room offered at a lower public price and available for booking, this price being calculated in an identical manner, on the same basis as the total cost of the stay with the same inclusions (taxes, VAT, services, etc.)
In the event of an Eligible Booking, confirmed by any of the brands under The Excellence Collection and under the terms and conditions stipulated above, The Excellence Collection shall apply the Third-Party Booking Channel price.
****Preferred Suite Location:
A “Preferred Suite Location” will be assigned upon check-in, based on the options available within the reserved suite category at the time of the guest’s hotel check-in; an exact location, view, or suite number cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival check-in at the hotel. Only valid for suite-only reservations made directly through The Excellence Collection official websites or its reservations center.
