Complimentary event time

• Valid for wedding groups with a minimum of 15 rooms for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
• Up to 3 complimentary event hours may be used for any confirmed pre-wedding or post-wedding event. Subject to availability.
• Additional hours inclusions may vary depending on the event of your preference:
• Cocktail event hours: includes canapés and an open bar.
• Dinner event hours: include a set menu/buffet dinner with an open bar.
• Event hours must take place between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Complimentary hours cannot be used after 11:00 p.m.
• The wedding coordinator must confirm the venue and final times.
• Event hours must be requested and confirmed approximately 45 days prior to group arrival.
• Additional costs will apply for entertainment, décor, or extending the length further for private events.
• Additional hours are available for an extra charge. Complimentary event time or additional hours are not applicable on the wedding day.

Complimentary guest list

• Valid for wedding groups with a minimum of 15 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights.
• To qualify for this offer, the wedding couple (bride and groom) and at least 90% of the wedding guests must stay at the host resort for a minimum of 3 nights (additional minimum stay requirements may apply). Guests not staying at the resort are not eligible for the promotion and will be required to purchase an event pass.
• Applicable only to the Everlasting Wedding Package and only when paying the full price of the package.
• The offer includes the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception dinner on the wedding day for your guests. The offer does not cover DJ services for any guests exceeding the number included in the wedding package. These services will be quoted separately, taking into account the number of additional guests and the necessary setup and equipment.
• Additional costs will apply for entertainment and décor, or for extending the length of private events. 
• The Everlasting Memories Wedding Package is suitable for up to a total of 20 guests staying at the resort (this includes the bride and groom) at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres, Excellence Playa Mujeres, and Excellence Oyster Bay. The Everlasting Memories Wedding Package is suitable for up to a total of 30 guests staying at the resort (this includes the bride and groom) at Excellence Riviera Cancun, Excellence El Carmen, and Excellence Punta Cana. The Everlasting Wedding Package is suitable for up to a total of 40 guests staying at the resort (this includes the bride and groom) at Finest Punta Cana and Finest Playa Mujeres. Additional guests can be added, subject to the venue's capacity and room availability. Package prices may vary for weekday events versus weekend ceremonies. 

Complimentary stay

• Book 15 rooms and get: 5 complimentary room nights.
• Book 25 rooms and get: 10 complimentary room nights.
• Book 30 rooms and get: 15 complimentary room nights.
• Book 45 rooms and get: 20 complimentary room nights. 
• Valid for wedding groups with a minimum of 15 rooms for at least 3 nights.
• Complimentary room nights apply only to reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights and a maximum of 7 nights.
• Complimentary rooms and better suite rates concessions apply to a suite for up to 2 guests. Not applicable to suites with children.
• Higher categories (Family, Two Story, Terrace, Honeymoon, Beachfront, Beach house, Beachfront house, Imperial Suites & Villas) are not eligible to receive Complimentary nights.
• Valid for existing reservations booked under the promo code or group contract and only applicable during the confirmed stay of the group.
• The applicable concessions must be specified by email to be honored. A deadline to confirm the complimentary room will be indicated by the Support Team to guarantee that the concessions are settled.
