For every reservation that includes a donation, The Excellence Collection will contribute $100 USD to a local Jamaica charity* supporting the rebuilding of schools, hospitals, and essential services in the wake of Hurricane Melissa. All gifts are meaningful and will help bring smiles to the children who need it most.

This initiative extends for guests across all The Excellence Collection properties in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica through December. Together, as The Excellence Collection community, we can make a tangible difference and show that we truly care.

How does Share The Love work?

The Excellence Collection is distinguished by the exclusivity and bespoke service we provide throughout our resorts in the Caribbean, but also extended across our Corporate Social Responsibility and environmental efforts, followed by each one of our staff members. 

As part of this special Share The Love campaign, guests are invited to bring school supplies, toys, games, puzzles, clothes in good condition, or soccer balls when visiting any of The Excellence Collection properties. These donations will directly support Jamaican communities affected by Hurricane Melissa.

This campaign runs until December 31, 2025, giving all our guests the opportunity to make a meaningful difference and help bring hope and joy to those who need it most.

How to participate? 

Contributing to our Share The Love campaign is very simple: 

• When visiting our hotels and resorts, bring toys, soccer balls, plush toys, games, puzzles, clothes in good condition, and school supplies!
• Consider an age gap from toddlers to teens up to 15 years old for your contribution.
• In return, for every donation received, The Excellence Collection will contribute USD $100 to a local foundation in Jamaica, supporting efforts to rebuild schools, hospitals, and essential services affected by Hurricane Melissa. This special campaign runs until December 31, 2025. Together, as a community of caring guests and staff, we can make a meaningful difference during this season.

Does Share The Love accept cash gifts?

Although we appreciate the thought, cash gifts are not accepted. We only accept toys, soccer balls, plush toys, games, puzzles, clothes in good condition, and school supplies.

When is the best time to make a Share The Love contribution?

There’s no better time than now! This special Share The Love campaign runs through December 31, 2025, giving you the opportunity to bring joy and support to children and communities in need before the year ends.

When do these children get the donations? 

Currently, we donate the items at the end of each year, typically around the holiday season. However, as our goal is to raise awareness to make this contribution bigger, we plan to maintain these donations throughout the year in the future, so that we can help more and other local communities.
