How does Share The Love work?

The Excellence Collection is distinguished by the exclusivity and bespoke service we provide throughout our resorts in the Caribbean, but also extended across our Corporate Social Responsibility and environmental efforts followed by each one of our staff members. 

The Share The Love program invites future guests to be part of this wonderful campaign by giving donations each time they visit any of The Excellence Collection’s hotels and resorts, allowing children from local communities in each resort destination to receive the joy given by our dear visitors.

How to participate? 

Contributing to our Share The Love campaign is very simple: 

• When visiting our hotels and resorts, bring toys, soccer balls, plush toys, games, puzzles, clothes in good condition, and school supplies!
• Consider an age gap from toddlers to teens up to 15 years old for your contribution.
• Take a picture of your special delivery standing alongside our front desk staff or concierge team to validate your gift.
• Upload your picture to our official Facebook page using the hashtag #ShareTheLove.
• In return, you will receive a gift card of 100 USD to redeem for a future reservation.

Does Share The Love accept cash gifts?

Although we appreciate the thought, cash gifts are not accepted. We only accept toys, soccer balls, plush toys, games, puzzles, clothes in good condition, and school supplies.

When is the best time to make a Share The Love contribution?

Our goal is to Share The Love all year round! That is why The Excellence Collection keeps this noble cause as an ongoing campaign, so you will have 365 days a year to put a smile on a child’s face!

When do these children get the donations? 

Currently, we donate the items at the end of each year, typically around the holiday season. However, as our goal is to raise awareness to make this contribution bigger, we plan to maintain these donations throughout the year in the future, so that we can help more and other local communities.

To redeem your gift card, you will have to reach out to our agents via our toll-free numbers and mention the code you were given. Bear in mind that this gift card is valid for a future reservation only and it is not transferable.
