Donations
Through "Share The Love", our guests can join in bringing smiles to the children of the Caribbean. This is done via donating toys, games, school supplies, and clothing in good condition to the less fortunate children in the communities surrounding our resorts. However, we also have various other internal donation programs that we take part in.
These can include donations to support associations that help various causes, donations for welfare and education, donations for victims of natural disasters, and more.
Education
Not only does The Excellence Collection provide advanced training to help our staff progress in their career but even some local students are welcome to learn about the hospitality industry and gain practical skills that they can use for their future.
In addition, we have programs in our hotels and resorts to raise awareness regarding conservation, the environment, and responsible consumption as well as children's English classes to help them advance in learning another language.
Social Support
Beach and mangrove cleanings are an essential activity within all of our hotels and resorts. Not only does this keep the areas looking beautiful for our guests but it also raises awareness and protects the ecosystem. Similarly, we promote and carry out planting activities for reforestation in our green areas and in nearby communities and schools.
Through community adoption and support, we commit to recreational activities in the area, several different kinds of donations, and improving the local facilities.
